REGENERATIVE MEDICINE TREATMENTS

​​

​

This treatment involves completely autologous product (obtained from your own body). Therefore a Patch test and â€‹Consultation appointment is not mandatory.  We will always discuss your treatment when you book in an appointment, however consultation appointment is optional for those who would like to be seen prior to starting treatment for a more in-depth assessment and discussion. We are also happy to have a consultation discussion over the phone free of charge.

You will be asked to complete a consent form and disclose any medical conditions. If you have any condition or are concerned about your eligibility please reach out to us. ​Anyone Pregnant, breastfeeding, with past or active cancer, or blood disorders, or using Acutane based treatments within the last 6 months cannot have these treatments done.

Pre-care:

​

  • NO 'actives' used in skincare, for example skincare acids for at least 7 days prior.

  • Healthy lifestyle including taking your vitamins, sleeping, eating and exercising well, incorporating protein and micronutrients into your diet.  

  • We require taking a small amount of blood to be able to carry out this treatment, so make sure you stay hydrated especially in the 24 hours leading to your appointment

  • No make up when you attend for treatment

Aftercare:​

​

  • Rinse the face with plain mild water after 1 hour

  • Nothing at all for 24 hours

  • Gentle moisturiser after 24 hours

  • Gentle cleanser after 48 Hours

  • Avoid touching the area. (use cotton pads to apply products as above)

  • Change your pillow cases to freshly washed cases

  • Some small pinprick areas of swelling/redness/bruising may be visible for the first couple of days. 

  • No swimming/saunas - anything that may submerge the area and make it prone to infection.​

  • After 72 Hours you can return to your skincare as usual. 

​

​

You may see results from a singular session, however we recommend multiple sessions to build the best results, and top-ups to maintain these. 

 

This is a natural based treatment so all outcomes are dependent on your own body and we cannot guarantee any specific outcome, and availability of your what your body can produce. The benefit of this treatment is that it is natural so you should expect natural results. 

 

Post treatment reviews are free after sessions, to discuss outcomes and plan for at home aftercare and maintenance and any future treatment suggestions.  The results are completely dependent on seeing how your skin produces and responds to sessions so any treatment schedule which has deviated from what is recommended (basic is 3 sessions, 2-5 weeks apart) will be less accurate to predict. â€‹

VITAMIN BOOSTERS

 

​

For your safety we will not over-treat you - overbooked treatments these will be cancelled to avoid any potential overdose however it is your responsibility to ensure that you are following advice.

​

Vitamin B12, C,  and D injection clients MUST book in a consultation appointment. These clients MUST be able to send us a recent blood test showing indicated vitamin levels. Once booked in vitamin C and D appointments are NON-REFUNDABLE and they are NOT ABLE to be RESCHEDULED.  They can be cancelled only. 

​

B12 injections can be booked without consultation as long as you have had the initial consultation, HOWEVER 48 hours notice is required as we need to virtually send over information and consent forms. Unless you are having a LOADING DOSE we recommend a maximum frequency of 1-2 monthly with breaks. If you would like to discuss B12 boosters you can book a consultation. 

​

All information will be discussed at consultation however at all treatments you MUST have eaten on the day and drank plenty of water. If you feel poorly on the day your appointment CANNOT go ahead. ​​

 COSMETIC TATTOO

 

We are currently unable to take on any cosmetic tattooing appointments at our new location

If you are due any top-ups please reach out to us we are happy to advise on referrals.

EYELASH EXTENSIONS

​

Eyelash Extension treatments are only available to existing long-term clients. We are not taking on any new clients for Lashes. All original policy applies as signed to on consent forms. Eyelash Extension Treatments are currently carried out at home-based location. Please message to arrange your appointments as the availability on Fresha is for other treatments in different locations, and not applicable to home-based lash extension appointments.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

​

48 Hour Policy - Manage Yourself Online

​

​

Our booking system refers to payments as 'deposits', however we charge the full upfront cost of the treatment so there is no remaining balance to pay on the day. We also consider the payment a booking fee, and we retain the right to charge booking fees for administrative changes made to appointments not attended. 

​

Any changes to appointments with less than 48 hours may not be possible, so we require you to contact us. Contact lines are monitored between 10-5pm. Cancellation or refunds may not be possible. 

 

Any last minute appointments booked (to go ahead within the next 48 hours) will forfeit the ability to cancel/reschedule/change - you must attend your appointment within its agreed entirety as these will be non-refundable. 

 

We permit one rescheduling per booked appointment, after once this appointment will be cancelled, fees forfeited, and must be rebooked. Rescheduling can only be done to online available slots - if there is no availability then the appointment may be cancelled. 

 

If you do not attend any appointment without informing us, you forfeit any payments made, including future appointments which will be cancelled without refund, and you may be blacklisted from future bookings. Any outstanding balances must be paid and we reserve the right to charge the card on file. 

 

We operate a grace period for lateness but this may require less time is spent on your appointment. If the treatment is not possible within the remaining time, then unfortunately your appointment will have to be cancelled, and payment forefeited. Adjustments to any future appointments may have to be made.  

 

All services are final sale - no provided services will be refunded. You must follow all appointment requirements, instructions during it, and aftercare.

INFECTION CONTROl

 

Majority of treatments cannot go ahead if you are poorly, so must be cancelled/rescheduled. Please reach out to us to discuss if you are unsure. Any signs of illness including common cold, flu, covid, diarrhoea will be turned away at appointment without refund.  If you think you have recently been exposed to an infectious illness please do not attend the clinic and make sure you contact us.

JAZLASHES RETURNS POLICY

​

All Current Items are FINAL SALE and only whilst stocks last. Return and refunds can only be processed in the event of defective or wrong item received. Please inspect your item upon arrival. We operate a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that it was received in, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To request a return and refund please contact us on jaz.lashes@hotmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving confirmation of return to be processed will not be accepted for refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items.
